Emergency Hospital Seattle
Our emergency pet hospital has been serving the greater Seattle area since 1994. As a hospital, we are constantly upgrading our medical equipment and protocols to ensure that your pets receive the best quality medicine with the most advanced techniques and technology available. Our veterinarians are committed to keeping up with all of the latest advancements in the field and annually attend continuing education courses. All of our emergency veterinarians have extensive backgrounds in emergency medicine.
AAHA Accredited
Emerald City Emergency Clinic (ECEC) is an AAHA accredited practice. The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) is an organization that sets “The Standard of Veterinary Excellence,” established by a group of veterinary professionals dedicated to quality and consistent pet care. Being accredited demonstrates that ECEC upholds the gold standard of veterinary care – meaning this is what your patient will receive while in our hospital.
To become accredited, a practice must undergo an evaluation of over 900 general and mandatory standards, ranging from pet care, pain management, cleanliness, and record keeping. Only about 15% of veterinary practices in the U.S. hold this distinction. We are very proud to belong to this organization and to have obtained this accreditation status.
We Believe Pets Are Family
Your pet will be in great hands with our highly-experienced emergency veterinarians and our caring team of veterinary nurses.
